Zoho-to-Google Daily Sync -- 2

I need a dependable automation that copies data from my Zoho environment into Google Workspace every day. The scope is limited to Contacts and Emails, and the flow is strictly one-way: Zoho is the master, Google only receives the updates—never the other way round.

You are free to choose the most efficient path—Zoho & Google APIs, Apps Script, Python, Zapier, Make/Integromat, or another tool you trust—so long as it runs unattended on a 24-hour schedule and scales with roughly the same volume I have now (a few hundred contacts and a modest daily email traffic).

Acceptance criteria
• A scheduled job that triggers once every 24 h without manual intervention
• All new or modified Zoho contacts appear in Google Contacts with matching fields (name, phone, email, custom tags)
• Daily Zoho Mail messages arrive in the corresponding Gmail inbox, preserved with original sender, subject, body, attachments, and date
• No data written back to Zoho from Google at any time
• Clear hand-off: documented code or integration steps plus a short screen-share or video walk-through so I can maintain it
