Zoho CRM & Database Sync Expert Needed

I'm in need of a skilled freelancer with extensive experience in Zoho CRM and database management to synchronize our Zoho CRM with our database.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Update & Cleanup:
- Align our CRM with the database by adding missing fields, such as 'Subscription', 'Rating'.
- Identify and clean duplicate and dead records, i.e. blocked email addresses.

2. Database Synchronization:
- Develop a Python script for fetching data from our database and updating or adding records in Zoho CRM.
- Ensure the script is capable of handling incremental updates and can operate on a set schedule.

3. Documentation & Automation:
- Create clear and concise documentation detailing the cleanup and synchronization processes.
- Automate the sync script for regular execution (e.g., hourly via crontab).

Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with Zoho CRM and its API.
- High proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Strong familiarity with data cleaning and automation tools.
