Seeking a skilled developer to create a webcrawler/webscraper, tailored for zillow.com. The tool must be able to:
- Extract specific information from the platform which includes:
- Listing price
-estimated home value
- Property address
- Contact information
- Carry out this extraction process monthly to help me keep up-to-date with the recent listings.
- only adds the scraped data if the listing price is at least $10,000 less than the estimated value of the home.
-it only scrapes data feom houses listed for sale by owner
-it scrapes every known zipcode in the United States
- Collate and deliver all extracted data in a CSV file format for easy analysis and use.
Proficiency in Python with libraries such as BeautifulSoup, Selenium or Scrapy is required. Previous experience with real estate data scraping would be advantageous. Familiarity with zillow.com's structure and anti-scraping measures is a must. Address your understanding of the project in your bid.
