User Journey for Integration Feature: Real-time Sync with Trello
Trigger: The user starts by clicking on the "Integrations" button located in the top right corner of the screen.
Integration Selection: Once the user clicks the button, a list of integration options appears. These options include popular tools like Trello, Asana, and monday.com.
Choosing Trello: The user selects "Trello" from the list of integration options. They will be taken to a page where they can link their Trello account to this platform.
Authentication: Here, the user will need to log in to their Trello account and provide permission for the platform to access their Trello data.
Initial Data Sync: After the user's Trello account is authenticated, the platform will retrieve all the existing projects, boards, and tasks from Trello. This initial synchronization happens just once.
Real-time Sync: From this point onwards, any activity related to projects, boards, and tasks within Trello will be synchronized in real-time with the platform. This means that if the user adds, updates, or removes any projects, boards, or tasks on Trello, these changes will immediately reflect on the platform as well.
