Youtube/Apple Music Integration on Online Order Form -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run a mixing business of 1 and I am in need of a new order form to help optimize my flow. Users list songs and other mix info they want in each order. I want to grab youtube or apple music urls for each song listed. My current website is on Squarespace. I am moving my website over to Editor X. Editor X has restrictions on PHP. I am hoping the following is possible with JS.
The 2 main features are within the Song Selection portion of the order form.
Youtube Search integration

Form needs to have "+ Add A Song" element for users to click to display new search bar input. The max number of songs can be 20.
Search bar element should list search results from Youtube and Apple Music. (I am open to creating different search bar for each. For Example "Add A Youtube Link" or "Add Apple Music Song")

A user should then be able to select a result to add that song to the order.
The form should display the added result and cover photo from youtube or apple music.
I also need the form to grab the youtube or apple music url of each result. (This will be hidden to user but included on submitted form for me to see)
The rest of the form inputs are simple.
Billing Info (Name, Address, Email, Etc)
Mix Info (Mix Name, Mix Length, Notes)
Terms of Service (Checkboxes)
File Upload

Needs to be responsive for mobile use. I am open to ideas on how these new features would function on mobile.
I am willing to pay extra to have a play button for users to preview the song before adding to order. However, this is not top priority.
