YouTube Queue Desktop App Development

I'm looking for a Python-based Windows desktop application that allows me to queue YouTube videos. The application should enable me to click embedded links in an Excel spreadsheet and add them to a YouTube queue, playing them after the currently playing song.

Currently, if I click a second Excel embedded link, it opens another session of YouTube, which I want to avoid. This is a precursor to a much larger job, so I need to ensure this functionality works effectively before proceeding.
