Yolo V7 Managed Training/GUI Program

I would like a custom computer based script/GUI designed that can do the following:

1. Train YoloV7 models
2. Manage multiple YoloV7 models (different folders for photos based on model)
3. Show training results
4. Adjust parameters for YoloV7 training
5. Manage GPU (single/multiple)

This will be primarily for Object detection, image recognition, and image segmentation.

This must be a comprehensive program that DOES NOT require me to know any code. I want to be able to create a "project" in the program, upload all my labelled photos, and push a button to train a model. It should tell me all the normal info and time left until completion. It should also allow me to upload photos to test the results.

It should also allow me to add more photos to a previously trained project and train using the new photos (preferably without retraining all of them)

Pricing and timeline are negotiable. I will not release any monies until the project is done and tested. You will need to load this on my computer and show me how to use it. The simpler it is for me to use, the better.
