Xojo, Help with xojo media tagging app

Help required with Xojo.

I want to make a very simple application that reads the media tags from an audio or video file...

Using Xojo :- https://www.xojo.com/download

and:- Taglib :- https://taglib.org https://github.com/taglib/taglib

My target Os is Linux arm (raspberry pi)

I am unsure how to refference the taglib dll in Xojo and so I need you to show me how :-)
