XLSB VBA sends message to phyton selenium to execute task and continue macro afterwards

I want xlsb to run a routine. If routine is finished it should send a message to phyton selenium. Phyton selenium should execute a procedure. If that ist done phyton selenium should send back a message to xlsb. Then macro of xlsb should continue routine. xlsb should wait in the meantime, in which phyton executes this routine.

So I need the code in VBA to run in xlsb and I need the code in phyton selenium, which reacts to the message from xlsb.
