Write the NLP(Natural language processing ) code with Pheme dataset , realized the paper code already written in the research paper and this feed to the ensemble methods ( for my assignment ) .

I am looking for a skilled programmer to use existing libraries and code to write Natural Language Processing (NLP) code using the Pheme dataset. The code should be written in Python and should be used to realize the research paper code, which will then be fed to the ensemble methods for my assignment. The specific NLP technique that I require for the project is Rumor Detection. The successful candidate must have extensive knowledge of NLP, specifically in the areas of Sentiment Analysis and Topic Modelling, as well as Speech Recognition.
