Write script that adds products from csv file to cart

I am looking for a skilled developer who can write a script that will add products from a CSV file to the shopping cart from an e-commerce platform.

Requirements:
- The script should be able to read the CSV file and extract the necessary product details.
- The script should then add these products to the cart on the e-commerce platform.
- Some products have the same Product Title, the script will be able to add products to cart based on image URL. Example will be provided.
- The script should be efficient and able to handle approx 100-200 products each time the script is ran.
- Freelancer will provide steps on how to run script as we need it done on weekly basis with different csv files.

Skills and Experience:
