Write a python script for version 2.7.18.4 to evaluate a series of ArcMap 10.8.2 Desktop MXD files located in subdirectories to determine/provide the following information in an Adobe PDF file;
1. If any of the links are broken to shapefiles.
2. What shapefiles are used in the ArcMap 10.8.2 MXD file and their coordinate system.
3. List the names of all the Data Frames.
4. Include a listing of the information found in the layout, specifically
a. is a neat line present,
b. is there a title present, and what is the title, and what is the Text size
c. is there a north arrow
d. is there a legend
e. is there a scale bar present, and what units (feet, metres, kilometres, or miles) is the scale bar in
f. is there a text box and what text is in the box and what font size is the text.
5. List the geodatabase name, and if relative path to data is set on or off.
6. List the relative path for each file used by the MXD file, the project folder should have 5 folders, Documents, Images, Geodatabase, Shapefiles, and Tables.
7. In the folder that the MXD file is located, there should be a folder named "document" or "documents", this folder should include a PDF file of the map created by the MXD file, include this PDF file in the reporting document. If no PDF file is found in the document folder, indicate this in the reporting PDF. If two PDF files are found in this folder, include both PDF files in the reporting PDF
8. In the folder that the MXD file is located, there should be a folder named "document" or "documents", this folder may include a Word document, include the contents of this word document in the reporting document. If no word document file is found in the document folder, indicate this in the reporting document.
9. For each MXD file evaluated, create a PDF reporting file using the same first 14 characters as the MXD file for the name and store this PDF file in the same folder as the MXD file was found.
