Write a Python script to capture a webcam screenshot from website

We are looking for a freelancer to write a python script that will open a webpage from a list & capture a full-screen capture of a webcam. The list of web pages has several different cam players, and the script will need to be able to identify and execute the correct command to view the video stream in full-screen mode.
