Requirements :
There is a csv file.
This file need to be converted into dataframe(R and pandas)
- But this csv file doesn't have column header.
- We need to get a column name from another file.
-> this file contains column name in json structure.
-> You need to extract column names in json structure.
-> and change a column-names in existing dataframe.

- R script to create data frame "df01".
- Python script to create pandas dataframe "df01"
