Work on supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms and extract results

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me develop supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms to obtain meaningful results from data sets. I need someone proficient in Python programming as that is the language I prefer. The data I will be using is both structured and unstructured which requires methods such as cluster analysis, outlier detection, pattern recognition and other predictive analysis techniques. I need someone who can construct, interpret, and present the results in an easily understandable manner.
