WooCommerce to Odoo 17 Synchronization Expert

Hello, we need a custom connection between WooCommerce and Odoo 17 to sync products, stock, and orders correctly. Our WooCommerce store uses a swatches plugin for size variations and Polylang for two languages, but we only want to import one language into Odoo to avoid duplication. Odoo will be our main system for managing inventory and sales across all channels.
For product sync, we need to make sure variations are handled properly, keeping the correct size structure from swatches and ensuring attributes like SKU, price, images, and descriptions are imported correctly. We also want categories and custom fields to be mapped properly.
Stock levels should stay aligned between WooCommerce and Odoo, meaning when an order is placed in WooCommerce, stock should update in Odoo, and any stock updates in Odoo should reflect back in WooCommerce. It should also handle backorders and out-of-stock statuses properly.
Orders need to be imported into Odoo with full details, including status, customer info, payment method, transaction ID, and any applied discounts or coupons. If we decide to sync customers, we need to make sure we don’t create duplicates.
For multi-language handling, we need to ensure only one language version of each product is imported, preventing Polylang from creating unnecessary duplicates. We also need to check that swatch variations are structured correctly in Odoo instead of turning into separate products.
Syncing should be automated but with the option for manual updates if needed. Ideally, we can set it to real-time, hourly, or daily updates, with logs for tracking any errors. Since Odoo will act as the main hub, it should also be ready to connect with other sales channels like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok in the future.
Would be great to start with a small test before syncing everything for each section of odoo.
