Wire Transaction Specialist Needed (Plaid/Stripe/etc.)

Need someone with extensive experience with online transactions who can help consult on and program an implementation of an API that can facilitate wires between parties on a transactional microservice that has been built.
The existing system is Python/Django on Postgres. Everything is on AWS.

Extra points for proof of existing implementations, and the ability to work quickly.
