Windows Laptop Voice Assistant Development

I have two parallel needs that can start immediately.
First, I’m digitising a batch of documents. Your task here is straightforward data entry: lift the information from the files I provide and place it into the matching fields of an online form. Accuracy is critical, so I’ll review submissions as they come in, and I expect everything returned by the agreed deadline. If you are reliable and comfortable with basic computer work, this part will be easy for you.
The larger portion of the project is the creation of a voice-driven AI assistant that runs natively on a Windows laptop. It must:
• Wake on a hot-key or spoken trigger and understand natural-language voice commands.
• Search the web, answer general questions, and perform quick look-ups locally.
• Automate email management (read, draft, send, archive, and flag messages in Outlook or another standard Windows mail client).
• Handle simple daily tasks such as opening applications or organising files, keeping the interface clean and beginner-friendly.
I’ll provide detailed flows, UI sketches, and any API keys you might need. Feel free to build with Python, C#, or another language you’re comfortable with as long as setup on a standard Windows 10/11 machine stays simple.
Deliverables
1. Completed online forms for every document supplied.
2. A compiled Windows installer (and source code) for the AI assistant, plus a brief user guide that shows a non-technical user how to trigger voice commands and customise email actions.
