Windows Application for Image to Excel Conversion

I need a Windows-based application that converts images into Excel format. The images will primarily contain text sentences(Mix of Alphabet ,Numeric, Special characters, and the application should be able to accurately transcribe these into the appropriate columns and rows in Excel.
Key Requirements:
- The application must be built using Python or any other language (No restrictions)
- It should run seamlessly on Windows
- It needs to accurately convert images containing text sentences into Excel
- The final Excel file should have the text organized into columns and rows
- The application must integrate OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology for text extraction.
