Whatsapp Module for Odoo V15

Objective is to create a module that can handle sending and receiving of whatsapp app messages.
this module will be used in various documents.
It should be based on automated actions in technical menu.
Action would be to "send message by Whatsapp" similar to what exists for "Send Message by email" ...
Once this action to send message is selected, should appear email content modele
Can add templates
Central table for all sent and received messages with
o Date & time
o Tel number
o Type (sent / received)
o Message
