Whatsapp Chatbot using Gupshup API

We want to have a WhatsApp chatbot using Gupshup API under which 2 options should be available “Sales” & “Tech Support”.
On clicking Sales, an inquiry form should appear asking for Name, Email Id, ARN No, and City. Upon successful submission, a message should get displayed as “Thank you for sharing details our team will contact you soon.”
On clicking Tech Support registered Mobile Number should be asked and upon submission a link should be available for generating Ticket Id.
