Main Purpose: ticket Booking

Specific Responses: I have a general idea of the responses and interactions I want the chat bot to be programmed with.

Languages: The chat bot does not need to handle multiple languages.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Strong programming skills in Python or similar language
