WhatsApp bot integrated with ChatGPT

I have a requirement to build a small WhatsApp bot that does the following:
a) User Onboarding: It asks 10 questions to every user accessing the bot first time and just stores the response as user profile information
b) Whenever users access the bot ever after, its asks them 3-4 questions, uses the answers to these questions and original profile information fire a ChatGPT Query. It returns the ChatGPT response on WhatsApp as it is
