I'm in need of an experienced AI and chatbot developer to create a friendly, customer service-oriented WhatsApp chatbot for e-commerce. This bot will be customer service, handling everything from sales queries to managing complaints.
Need it in Python (no Voiceflow, etc)
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer FAQs: The bot will need to handle a wide range of frequently asked questions, covering product details, shipping information, and our return policy.
- Handling Sales Queries: The bot should interact with potential customers in a friendly manner, providing product recommendations and stock availability.
