Website for skin cancer detection using Deep learning and neural networks,

Need to build a website as soon as possible for melanoma detection using Neural networks and python back end. Front end can be built as per your choice. it should have a feature to upload an image, upon which the results should appear. This is for a a final year BTECH project. so need to be able to run the code and show it for review. Have attached a similar project report for reference, Need it by 2 June the latest.
