Website Modification created Python Django APIs + ReactJS

We are looking for a DJango Expert who has following:
Django Experience and expertise
ReactJS expertise to call the Django API
Worked with Payment APIs (RazorPay etc)
Deployment on Heroku
We already have a working website deployed on Heroku, that has to be customized or modified.
We are looking for a longterm and sincere freelancer who can associate with us for coming few months. We may need to work approx 15-20 hours per month.
