Website Facelift -- 2

The website www.rizasif.com needs a facelift. I will provide the template and identify the tools required. The purpose is to modernize the website and provide ease for my future use.

The problem with the current website is that it's harder to update and create new posts. I would like to create some python scripts and UI templates that allows for long term compatibility.

I am looking for a creative person that can challenge my perception on how this website could be. Modern tools and methods are very much appreciated. The only limitation is that the compute power should remain congruent to the free-tier cloud usage.

What I offer is a professional environment of work. The requirements of the website will be provided in a pdf document. However, bold ideas and vision will be appreciated and rewarded.
