Webscrapper build using Selenium

I am looking for a developer with experience in webscraping to build me a webscraper using the Selenium tool. The web language I would like this webscraper to use is Python, and I also want it to be able to interact with elements on the page. This webscraper will need to run for 5 minutes each time it is initiated.
