Webscrape data and build user interface

I am looking for a freelancer to webscrape data and build a user interface for a Decision Support System.

Key Requirements:
- Webscraping data from a specified source (Website, API, or Database)
- Building a user interface using Python as the preferred programming language
- use Natural language processing to clean the text
- Displaying the scraped data in the user interface
- take user inputs to validate the cleaned textual information
- present the summarized data

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in webscraping techniques and tools
- Strong knowledge of Python for developing user interfaces
- Familiarity with data formats such as Excel/CSV, MySQL/Other Databases, and JSON/XML
- Experience in designing and implementing user-friendly interfaces
