Webscape - Python, Selenium, XPATH

I am webscraping using Python, Selenium, XPATH etc.
I have a basic understanding - however I would like someone to look at the XPATH in the attached file.
It is scraping a list from a table - however the XPATH I am using returns a stray element in the list. I don't know where this element comes from or how to filter it out.
I am after someone to provide the correct XPATH or solution using SELENIUM.
I would like this solved ASAP.
