Webapp development

I'm looking for an experienced web developer to build a sophisticated webapp. The primary purpose of the webapp will be to analyze real estate data. I have a specific set of programming languages and frameworks in mind that I would prefer to use for this project, such as Python/Django. With this project I'm hoping to find a capable professional who can work well with these tools and create a user-friendly application that provides meaningful information and insights about the real estate market. The webapp should be stable and secure and should run smoothly on all major web browsers. In addition, the webapp should also be compatible with mobile phones and tablets.
