WebRTC + SIP Call Ingest System & Server
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
We're creating a service that waits on hold for users on the phone. It works as follows:
A user is placed on hold by a company and conferences our phone number into the call.
Our bot listens to the hold music for the user and notifies the user when the person has returned through the user's other devices (ie Alexa, computer, etc.).
The user has two options: return to the phone and continue the conversation with the person they were waiting for, or, they may connect into the call through the device they were notified on (i.e. browser, tablet app).
Technology
We are building our API in nest.js (Javascript), it is mostly built. We are planning to use a SIP PBX to be able to accept phone calls. These phone calls are put into a WebRTC server where the user may connect to the call through another WebRTC client. Lastly, the audio processing is done in Python.
