Web sockets buffer and data delayed django python

I am looking for a developer with experience in web sockets and Django Python to help me with my project.

Current Behavior of Web Sockets:

Project Overview:
I need someone to optimize the web sockets functionality in my application to ensure that data transmission is instant and no data is lost.
