Web scrapping with PerimeterX Captcha Solving project in python -- 2

I have website https://www.searchpeoplefree.com/ and i need to make a scrapper for it.
It's a free yellow page directory kind of website where you can search people details for free, I want to search through phone number and scrape the details.
But this website shows lots of captcha and PerimeterX Captcha is one of them that shows often even after 2-3 searches. so we have to use proxies for that.
I am sharing my search query for input the search in the website and also what details needs to scrape in excel.
I need the program built in python only,
- it should be multi threaded so i can choose how many threads i want to use simultaneously.
- it should never stop until all the phone numbers get scrapped, any error it should be handle automatically like internet cuts or any captcha error.
- it should shows the live status that how many numbers being scrapped
I need the python script and the .exe with GUI both.
