Web scrapper application for over 250 websites

I am looking for a web scrapper application that can scrape data from over 250 websites on a daily basis. This data will preferably be text only, and I am favoring the use of Python as the programming language. With this application, I would like to collect the data on these sites and save it on my computer. My goal is to be able to track government tenders from these sites and be able to write those changes in a particular format on my website.
