Web scraping on a web site with Python

I need to develop a Python program to scrape data from the SUNEDU website, specifically from this link https://enlinea.sunedu.gob.pe/, from the option “verify if you are registered in the national registry of degrees and titles”, when you enter a DNI or name of a person, the data of their academic degrees and universities of study automatically come out, I need a program that stores that information every time it is consulted (approximately a maximum of 30 daily consultations will be managed), for the consultation request the DNI or full name is delivered and a captcha must be skipped. You can test the query with this DNI 43993391. As it a simple project I'll consider offers up to $50 as max for the budget. Thanks!
