Web-calibre modifications (Python based ebook sharing plataform)

Hello, I want to set up a site based on web-caliber, I have used it before but I need to make some modifications, since it is designed for personal use, this site is developed in python and is open source:

The idea is that I want to develop a site where people can upload ebooks without registering, this is a list of features that I want to add:
- Verification of captcha when logging in, or when uploading ebooks (several can be uploaded at the same time).
- Elimination of feature that allows to obtain metadata of ebooks from the web and that allows uploading images of book covers from an external server.
- Integration with virustotal or some similar tool, which when uploading a file takes the sum md5 and or uploads the file to virustotal and adds the status next to the book as a warning.
- Integrate a a section that allows the administrator to publish simple news
- Request to solve a captcha each time the search option is used every x number of times.
- Add improvements to avoid abusive scrapers or crawlers.
- A statistics page that allows you to see the most downloaded books, the most popular searches, the most popular categories and the number of books uploaded per day.
