Web-based Python programmer

I am looking for a web programmer (Python) who can help me to Programm a selection tool. I am looking for someone with good availability and communication. The project is dynamic, so the programming will be in small tasks that might require changing of previous tasks. Regular communication about results and following steps is necessary.
