Web application using python

I'm looking to outsource the development of a web application using python. The main purpose of this application is to based in a specific file with a couple of basic information, go and scrap from other websites, consolidate it and return the results. I do have the python script already, so solid experience with python scripting is much desired. The application will likely require the use of external services or libraries, and should be developed using the python technology stack to ensure a high degree of robustness. Knowledge of both the python language and the use of external services or libraries will be highly advantageous in delivering this project.
