This project needs to implement an ontology using RDF or OWL(I can provide examples) and populate it with triplets from a book(that I'll provide) it has to be saved as a graph database then a user should be able to query it in order to find answers.
You should make use of SPARQL to query the database of triplets.
As a 1st step of the project, I would need:
An overview of the computer system, an analysis of the system, the design of the system, and system implementation.(I can provide examples)
And as a 2nd step, I will need the software itself.
