I need a quote for the development of a web application that works on Chrome and Safari browsers and utilizes existing artificial intelligence. The application must meet the following requirements:
Record in-person meetings: Users should be able to easily record their meetings using their device's microphones.
Upload audio to the cloud: Once recorded, the audio should be automatically uploaded to the cloud for easy access.
Transcribe the audio: The application should have the capability to automatically convert recorded audio into text.
Voice recognition: It's important for the application to identify and distinguish between different voices in the meeting. If a name is not recognized, a generic name like "Person 1" will be used to attribute the speech.
Deliver an editable document: The application should generate an editable document that includes the following elements:
A. Attendees
B. Meeting date
C. Duration
D. Meeting name
E. Comments made, indicating the speaker
F. Agreed commitments, indicating the speaker, responsible party, and deadline
G. Editable closing text
H. Sequential reference number
I. Title "Meeting Minutes Number XX"
A record should be generated for each recording, including the file name, creation date, and a link to the generated text.
The web app should only have a backend to manage information and access the created audio and text documents.
