Web app based on AI project

I am looking for a web app developer to create a project based on AI technology. The primary function of the web app is to convert 2D images into a 3D scene. I prefer an intuitive and interactive user interface for the web app. As for the technology stack, I would like to use Python/Django.

Skills and experience required:
- Proficient in Python/Django
- Experience in AI technology
- Strong understanding of web app development and user interface design.
