Web Scrapping Help. Scrapy (or similar) and Python

Looking for someone to spend 4 hours with me to discuss best practices for scrapping websites using Scrapy and Python. Some sites require login and also downloading of csv files. Perhaps develop some scripts and go over capabilities and limitations. Must be able to communicate effectively in English and be available this Friday between 9-1pm (pacific standard time). Would also be helpful to take this data and apply a visualization program. IP rotation and other detection protocols? This could turn in to more but I need help determining the best practices first. If possible include a video intro with your reply. Must do this via zoom
