Web Scrapper to Worpress auto poster - From Scratch

I am looking for a web scrapper and auto poster to Wordpress developed from scratch using Python technology. This project requires the scrapping and posting of text, images, and videos from a user inputted url, it needs to also have a daily and a max number of posts defined by the user. The scraping and posting of data will able to be done either manually, or by pre-setting times/timeframes on the program. I am looking for an experienced freelancer who is skilled in Python and creating web scrappers, and can develop a custom product that adheres to my needs. There needs to be a UI for the user to interact with the program, set intervals, urls, and enter wordpress login info/api info if needed.
