Web Scraping to CSV

I need someone to build a web-scraping script in Python to extract data from a website and export as a csv. The data are organized in table format and the key logic is just to loop the pages. The HTML for the website is relatively neat. The freelancer should be a Singaporean citizen or permanent resident because the website is accessible via NLB portal. There are several modules to the project and the smooth cooperation for the 1st module could lead to the next. Scope and price of the project is subject to further private discussion. The script should be written in Python using Selenium Chrome driver.
