Web Scraping Application for Email Extraction

I require a custom software application that can scrape and extract email addresses from websites. The application should be able to search for email addresses based on specific criteria, such as domain or format, and should be able to extract those email addresses from web pages.

The application should be user-friendly and easy to use, with a simple interface that allows me to input the website URLs or search criteria I want (example: name of an individual or person) to target for email extraction. The application should also be able to store the extracted email addresses in a database or file for further use.

I am looking for a developer with experience in web scraping and software development, who can build a reliable and efficient application that can handle large volumes of data. The application might be built using a programming language such as Python, and might utilize web scraping libraries or tools such as BeautifulSoup or Scrapy. (I don't know this part because I am not a tech guy.)

It should have the same effectiveness as Hunter.io.

What the web scraping application for email extraction will do is to allow our staff to input or type in the web domain name individually and manually of a particular company so we can extract the email address of certain business executives who we wish to invite to speak at our live virtual business conferences.

We organise live virtual conferences for business executives and professionals throughout the year. We require hundreds of expert speakers (academics and top business executives) who we wish to invite to speak. We need an email scraper that allows us to get their email addresses so we can invite them to speak at our conferences. We pay them to speak at our conferences.

I have a budget of AUD$250 for this project.

The project -- after multiple user testing -- must be completed in two weeks.

To be clear, I will own all the rights to that web scraping application for email extraction that is developed and delivered as a result of this project.
