Web and Mobile CRM Development
Budget: $20,000 – $30,000 USD
I'm looking to have a CRM system built, with both web and mobile applications. The system should be feature-rich, encompassing the following functions:
General requirements for building a company management CRM project:
1. Overview: We want to develop a comprehensive tool/web/web app and mobile apps for managing the entire company. The web app must be used Python.
2. Build a core system with essential features and the ability to integrate additional modules (referencing other CRMs like Perfex CRM/Rise CRM).
3. You must be an individual/team/company with extensive experience in Python in this field, with previous similar projects completed. We need a partner committed to completing our project 100% and providing excellent post-project support.
4. We've attached documentation describing the CRM features and interface design style for your reference. You need to design and style according to our chosen style, not just replicate the demo images.
5. The code should be well-packaged and easily installable on various servers. Look at other CRMs online for reference.
6. Provide comprehensive documentation for developers/users to understand and easily extend the system (refer to Perfex CRM/Rise CRM documentation).
7. Optimize and clean code, ensuring fast loading speed and no errors.
8. Provide maintenance and bug fixes for six months. Beyond that, any code-related errors need fixing, and we're willing to cover reasonable costs ($10-$50 per fix).
9. Support for developing new features post-project at a reasonable cost (under $500).
10. Actively engage with us to understand requirements deeply and propose optimal solutions. Avoid misunderstandings and redoing work. If you have better solutions, suggest them.
11. Ensure 100% completion of the project. If unable to complete, provide a full refund of the amount paid. We'll release funds in stages corresponding to CRM functionalities. We'll determine task priorities. We don't want to hire multiple partners for one project. If unable to complete, we'll have to hire another partner from scratch, without using your code, and you'll need to refund 100% of the disbursed amount.
12. Regular online meetings every two weeks after project completion. Communication language is English.
