Web Cam request on web application using phyton and django. Requesting on each screen and need to fix it so it will request only once.

I have an issue with Web Cam request on web application using python and django framework. The issue is we have a multiple screens and each screen iphone is requesting permissions to use a web camera. Could you please help us to rewrite the code so it will request the permissions to use the camera only once and not on each screen.
