Web App for bulk transforming data from Excel Documents
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a simple web app to be created which will allow a user to upload an excel, select and name the cells they would like to use (including series of columns and rows within a worksheet) and transform this into a dataset that can be exported as a CSV for ingesting into a database.
There must also be functionality to save the cell selection as a template so that it can be re-used, and functionality to bulk import multiple files. Therefore user accounts/logins will also be required.
The functionality is already fairly simple in Python, so I think the main work will be on the UI.
I have attached a requirements document for more information and can provide examples for reviewing.
