Want to develop Custom Chatbot SAAS by using Chatgpt, langchain, pinecode, python/Javascript

I am looking for a developer to help me develop a custom Chatbot SAAS using Chatgpt, langchain, pinecode vector database, and Javascript/python as same like https://gpt-trainer.com/ . Mainly i need to develop the features like i will upload a long document (doc/pdf/txt) from the admin and then if i ask any question to the chatbot it will give proper answer based on the provided doc. I mean the chatbot will be custom trained chatbot and i will add this chatbot in any website by a short code.
